GlassWall Terms of Service
These terms apply to GlassWall at glasswall.asiansports.com, a court streaming service run by PT Asian Sports Network ("we", "us"). By booking a court, signing in or streaming with GlassWall you agree to them. They sit alongside the AsianSports.com Terms and Conditions and the GlassWall Privacy Policy.
1. The service
GlassWall films sports courts with fixed cameras, adds live scores and graphics, and streams the video live. Depending on the court and your booking, the stream goes to Asian Sports Network's own channels or to a YouTube channel you connect. We work to keep streams running, but live video depends on cameras, venue networks and third parties such as YouTube, so we cannot promise that every stream or recording will be complete.
2. Your account
- You sign in with your AsianSports.com account and must be 18 or over.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account and on streams you start.
- Venue staff can start, stop or end any stream on their courts, for safety or operational reasons.
3. Streaming to your own YouTube channel
- Connecting a YouTube channel is optional. You allow GlassWall to create and manage live streams and broadcasts on that channel for your bookings, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Streams on your channel are your content and your responsibility. You must follow the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube's Community Guidelines.
- You can disconnect your channel at any time from your account page or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
4. People on camera
Courts are filmed and streamed. When you book, you confirm that the players in your booking know the court is filmed and streamed, and that a parent or guardian has agreed for any player under 18. Ask the venue before your booking if someone must not appear on video.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use GlassWall to stream anything unlawful, to film people who have not agreed to it, to interfere with the cameras or the service, or to try to access other people's courts, streams or accounts.
6. Video and scores
Asian Sports Network owns the GlassWall service, graphics and overlays. Players keep their rights in their own image. You may share the stream links and recordings of your own bookings. We may use short clips of court video to promote GlassWall and the venue, unless you ask us not to at [email protected].
7. Bookings and payments
Court bookings, prices, cancellations and refunds follow the venue's booking rules shown when you book and the AsianSports.com Terms and Conditions.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost streams or recordings, interruptions, or anything a third party such as YouTube does with your content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes and ending the service
We may change these terms and will update the date above. We may suspend an account or stream that breaks these terms. You can stop using GlassWall at any time.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia.
